I am very satisfied with how the blinds look. However, I am not quite happy about the "overlap" of the blinds. It almost appears that an additional hook/blind or even two could have been mounted on the rail because I can see some light thru the blinds if they are not hanging completely straight. The rail itself fits perfectly with my inside mount and the length is fine also.

Very fast and reliable, only thing no installation instruction inbox. Easily solved, got on Blinds Chalet web sight and down loaded. Installed myself and they fit great. I didn't think about when ordering was how close they would stack against window jamb, wish they were closer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
